REMINDER: Annual Members Meeting - December 5th

ERU endeavors to have a Board of Directors of twelve (12) persons, six of which are Easton residents and six which are Redding residents. Directors are elected at the annual general meeting by the membership of the organization. Members who are Easton residents elect the Easton board members and members who are Redding residents elect the Redding board members. Directors elected by the membership serve for a term of Three (3) years.

The terms of the Directors elected by the members are staggered. The Board of Directors is divided into three (3) groups with four membership positions in each group (two from Easton and two from Redding). The first group shall be elected at the December 2024 annual meeting for a term expiring at the annual meeting of members to be held in 2027; the second group shall be elected at the December 2025 annual meeting for a term expiring at the annual meeting of members to be held in 2028; the third group shall be elected at the December 2026 annual meeting for a term expiring at the annual meeting of members to be held in 2029. The members of each group hold office until their successors are elected. At each subsequent annual meeting of members, the successors of the group of directors whose term expires at that meeting shall be elected to hold office for a term expiring at the annual meeting of members held in the third year following the year of their election.
