Refund Policy

ERU will be able to provide a full-refund to those who have registered for any program (Travel, In-House or Off-Season) if the request is made in writing to the ERU Registrar before the first practice/program activity.  The ERU Registrar can be contacted at [email protected]

In the event a request for refund is made after the start of any program (Travel, In-house, or Off-Season), a refund will not be provided as a result of ERU expenditures on insurance, field/venue rental, coaching fees and general operating costs.

If an individual has experienced a significant life event, a request can be made for special consideration to the ERU President for ERU Executive Board review. These requests will remain confidential.
