The success of each team is dependent on its players and their commitment to the program. Accordingly, we expect that all players and parents will follow through with their commitment by completing all required paperwork, paying all fees promptly, and attending all games. Because withdrawals can result in the unraveling of a team, our refund policy is stringent and non-negotiable.
After practices begin, requests for refunds will be treated as follows:
Player withdrawal after practices begin will result in no refund.
Player dismissal due to a violation of the ERU Player/Parent Guidelines will result in no refund of the fees.
Partial Player refunds may be issued on a case by case basis if a season-ending injury occurs during the playing season.
Full refunds will be awarded if a team has an insufficient number of players.
ERU will provide a refund to those who have registered for any program (Travel, In-House or Off-Season) if the request is made in writing to the ERU Registrar before the first practice/program activity.
If an individual has experienced a significant life event, a request can be made for special consideration to the ERU President for ERU Executive Board review. These requests will remain confidential.
