Born and raised in Redding, Rob played recreational soccer at RES and for local travel teams. Throughout middle and high school, Rob was a member of Redding United, the local premier club, which was ranked as one of the top teams in the region during his junior and senior years. He went on to attend Fairfield Prep, where he served as captain of the varsity soccer team in his senior year.
After high school, Rob continued his soccer career at Fairfield University, where he played Division I college soccer. During his senior year, the team was nationally ranked 19th in the top 25 and won the MAAC conference regular season title. In the college off-season, Rob played PDL with the Rhode Island Sting Rays and trained with the professional A-league team, the Long Island Rough Riders. Since graduating, Rob has continued to play in local men's leagues in Stamford and Danbury and currently plays for the Danbury United Over 30 men's team.
Rob has also had a long coaching career, working with local youth, high school, and premier programs for over 20 years. He began coaching younger boys' travel teams in Fairfield toward the end of his college years. Most recently, he has coached for ERU, working with both boys' and girls' travel teams across various age groups. Rob has also led training sessions for the Joel Barlow High School boys’ program during the summer and winter off-seasons.

Eric is a 2006 graduate of Joel Barlow High School and brings a wealth of experience to the U9 Girls' Team at Easton Redding United. As a captain and All-SWC player, Eric led his team to victory in the SWC Championship and was honored with the prestigious Brush Award.
A Redding native, Eric is now in his fourth season with the club and is committed to developing the next generation of soccer talent. In his second year with Easton Redding United, Eric focuses on creating a positive and engaging environment for young players, helping them grow both on and off the field. His experience as a player and his dedication to coaching make him an invaluable part of the team.
